  • 02 / WORK OUT

    Download a scorecard. Choose Rx'd, Scaled or Foundations. Throw down at an affiliate or record yourself at home.

  • 03 / RECOVER

    After giving your best effort, collapse like a load of bricks, as needed. Get a pic to share with your friends online. Then start to stress about the next workout.

  • 04 / SUBMIT SCORE

    Turn in your score on time to see how you did compared to your past performances and to your friends.
